These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the autofileai.com website and the AutoFile AI software (collectively, the "Service") provided by AutoFile AI. By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
AutoFile AI is sold as a single-payment software license. Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime commercial license to use the Software.

All payments, digital delivery, and tax processing are handled securely through our Merchant of Record, LemonSqueezy. Upon successful payment, a download link and License Key will be provided immediately via email. Due to the digital nature of a downloadable software executable, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are generally only issued for technical failure that our support team cannot resolve.
The Software is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to ensure the AI renames your files accurately, you acknowledge that automated data extraction is not flawless. We are not responsible for any lost, overwritten, or mislabeled files. You are strongly encouraged to maintain backups of your files before using the Software.
In no event shall AutoFile AI be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of data, loss of business, or loss of profits) arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Software. Our total liability to you for any damages shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We also reserve the right to release updates, bug fixes, or new versions of the Software at our discretion. Major feature upgrades (e.g., version 2.0) may require a separate upgrade fee.
